Settlement of block

Hi all, actually how do I find out if anyone is reading this??

Anyways, the block settled today, so that's some good news.

The Land

Our new piece of Oz is a 3051m2 (0.75ac) located in the hills south east of Perth. It is north facing and has a build envelope of approx 1135m2.

The block is sloped and has nice bush & dam views to the south west.

Scheme water is connected however we will be required to install a Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU) to deal with the shit.

Intro

Well about 5 years ago we built the Content Living Sanctuary in Aubin Grove. Today with 2 beautiful boys in our family we are looking to make the move to a larger rural property. This blog  will be the story of that build.
